Work Boots:
Spray Gun: Campbell Hausfeld DH5800 or DH580000AV
Paint: Nason base coat / clear coat – Ford Kona Blue – Code: L6
Reducer: Nason 441-21
Color Mix Ratio: 8 elements paint / 1/2 half hardener / 4 elements reducer – extra if occurring dry or thick
Clear Mix Ratio: 4 elements clear / 1 half activator (hardener) / 1-2 elements reducer or extra if dry spray
Time between coats: 10 to quarter-hour for the colour
Clear: Wait 1 hour earlier than clear coat. Then 10 to quarter-hour between coats
Tape: 3M Automotive Refinishing Tape
Wax and Grease Remover: Auto Body Master –
